Ava & Kiki’s was founded by two New Havenites for one reason: to bring authentic New Haven-style apizza to New York City, while offering a fresh twist for the vibrant NYC food scene.
We cold-ferment our small-batch dough for 36-48 hours using unbleached, unbromated flour to build deep flavor, texture, and a crispy, airy crust.
Nearly all specialty toppings are made in-house with high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. It’s all part of keeping things fresh, bold, and unapologetically New Haven.
